Binsobedde Najiib – Director, CTIA Uganda

Binsobedde Najiib serves as the Director of CTIA Uganda, overseeing the strategic, operational, and organizational management of the charity. He ensures that programs and initiatives align with CTIA Uganda’s mission of social impact and digital empowerment.

Roles & Responsibilities as Director:

• Lead organizational strategy, governance, and operations.

• Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.

• Guide resource allocation, budgeting, and financial oversight.

• Foster partnerships and stakeholder engagement for program growth.

• Support leadership and staff development to strengthen team performance.

Binsobedde holds a BSc in Computer Science, bringing strong technical expertise and analytical skills to his leadership role, driving innovation and efficiency across CTIA Uganda’s initiatives.
